I did this one outside at about 5:00 pm. because I guess I’m just a glutton for punishment.  It was warm!

Mile 1- 10:01

Mile 2- 9:40

Mile 3- 10:13

Mile 4-10:21

Mile 5-10:16

Mile 6- 10:01
